CCPB donates school shoes to local communities

 The leaders at the CCPB South Region made a commitment of adding value to our communities by approaching institutions and schools to understand their challenges and identifying where CCPB could assist. Last month, our CCPB South team based in Athlone handed over 175 pairs of school shoes to Sosobenza Primary school in Khayelitsha and Mseki Primary school in Gugulethu.

 “Our products are used as a "community connector". The school shoe initiative is another example of us, ambassadors of the Coca-Cola brand, living our purpose and that’s how we feel as a Team when we connect with community outreaches such as this,” says Evan Springfield, CCPB General Manager: South.

We strive to create a positive impact in the communities we serve, especially during time of need. Thank you to the South team and CCPB for their contribution towards purchasing the school shoes and for making a difference that matters. Representatives from both schools, Sosobenza Primary school, and Mseki Primary school expressed their gratitude for the shoes and overall support shown by the CCPB team.
