 This promotional competition is organised by Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverage and the delivery of said products will be actioned by Deeliver (Pty) Ltd SA.

1. The promotional competition is open to permanent residence of South African over the age of 18 years except any employee, director, member, partner, agent or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoters, immediate family members, advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, suppliers and/or associated companies, and/or a participant who has won a prize through a promotional competition run by the Promoter at least three months prior to the announcement

2. By entering the promotional competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoters, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.  The Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters reasonably deem necessary.

3. The promotional competition commences on 15^th Nov 2021 and ends on 15th Dec 2021 both days inclusive. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. To be eligible for the Prize and automatically be entered into the competition draw, participants must purchase a 2L PET Coke or Fanta or Sprite or Stoney. 

6. Winners will be determined by random draw and notified by Direct Message on the platform they have entered on “Deeliver”. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered. The Prize will be communicated with the winner.

7. Winners will be required to provide their proof of identity to verify that they are above the age of 18.

8. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. If the potential winner does not claim their Prize on or before 31^st Dec 2021. The potential winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert back to the Promoter.

4. All entrants in this promotional competition release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from all liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with this competition and these terms and conditions.
