PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES

IBIZA Promotion – Selected Stores

1. This Promotional Competition is organised by Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages Company (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”) franchise bottler of The Coca-Cola Company© in the Western Cape, and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.
2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.
3. The Competition begins on 08 May 2017 and ends on 08 July 2017.
4. The prizes are 3 x Double tickets for a trip to IBIZA or 1 of 10 Custom Pioneer HDJ-700 headphones.  Trips are planned 6^th – 11^th August 2017but dates could vary due to availability.
5. To enter, Participants must purchase any 440ml or 250ml Power Play at a participating outlet, SMS the last 4 digits of the Power Play barcode to 45075 to be entered for the lucky draw. In participating outlets.
6. The main prize/s winner/s (“Winner/s”) will be selected by random draw on 11 July 2017 and the Winner/s will be notified immediately thereafter by means of a telephone call from an ABI representative. Only 1 main prize will be awarded per Winner (1 x double ticket).
7. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
8. Applicants will require a valid passport and able to apply for Schengen visa, all visa applications are to be done by the winner/winners. All visa applications will be assisted with the necessary documentation from the promoter with no influence on the embassy’s criteria or result.
9. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.
10. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
