PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES

Live Like Lewis Promotion

1. This Promotional Competition is organised by Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages Company (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”) franchise bottler of The Coca-Cola Company© in the Western Cape, and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.
2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.
3. The Competition begins on 03 July 2017 and ends on 31 August 2017.
4. The main prize winner shall win a three (3) day trip for two(2)people between 1 October 2017 and 31 June 2018 to Monaco. Prize consists of the following.

• 1 x guided experience with an instructor of the AMG Mercedes driving academy in an AMG Mercedes car
• 1 x meet and greet session with F1 driver Lewis Hamilton
• 2 night stay in a twin room accommodation
• Flights and transfers

5. Runner up prizes are the following.

• F1 race experience or miniature replica helmets
• 3 x Lewis Hamilton merchandise kits(cap and a t shirt)

6. To enter, Participants must purchase any 500ml Monster Energy at a participating outlet where promotional POS is displayed,  SMS the ‘Live Like Lewis’ and the last 4 digits of the Monster Energy barcode to 45075 to be entered for the lucky draw. In participating outlets.
7. The main prize/s winner/s (“Winner/s”) will be selected by random draw on 7 September 2017 and the Winner/s will be notified immediately thereafter by means of a telephone call from a Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages representative. Only 1 main prize will be awarded per Winner (1 x double ticket).
8. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
9. Applicants will require a valid passport and able to apply for Schengen visa, all visa applications are to be done by the winner/winners. All visa applications will be assisted with the necessary documentation from the promoter with no influence on the embassy’s criteria or result.
10. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.
11. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
