 This promotional competition is organised by Bacardi South Africa, Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages & Deeliver (“Promoters”).

1. The promotional competition is open to permanent residents of South Africa who are over the age of 18 years, residing in, or delivering to an address within one of Deeliver’s current delivery zones as listed above. Entrants exclude any employee, director, member or partner of the Promoters, and their immediate family members, or associated advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, and or suppliers.
2. By entering the promotional competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoters, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend, or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters reasonably deem necessary.
3. The promotional competition commences on 14 January 2022 and ends on 10 February 2022 both days inclusive. Entries received before the starting date, or after the closing date, will not be considered.

5. To be eligible for the Prize and automatically be entered into the competition draw, participants must purchase either a Bombay Sapphire + 6 Pack 200ml can Schweppes Tonic Full Sugar or No Sugar COMBO or a Bombay Bramble + 6 Pack 200ml can Schweppes Tonic Full Sugar or No Sugar COMBO to enter.

6. Participants will gain 1 competition entry per combo purchased from Deeliver during the campaign period.
7. Winner/s will be determined by random draw and notified via email and or telephonically and or via an announcement post on Deeliver’s social media accounts. The winner will be announced on 11 February 2022. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered. The Prize will be communicated with the winner and is valid to be used on Valentine's Day: Monday 14 February 2022 only.
8. Winner/s will be required to provide their proof of identity to verify that they are above the age of 18.
9. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. If the potential winner does not acknowledge and or claim their Prize on 11 February 2022, the potential winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert to the Promoter.
11. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
12. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed.
13. All participants and the winner/s, as the case may be, indemnify the Promoters, their advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers, their affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this promotional competition (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoter) and/or use of the Prize.
14. This promotional competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and the participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and their agents only and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
15. All entrants in this promotional competition release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from all liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with this competition and these terms and conditions.
