"POWERPLAY SPORTSCENE VOCUHER GIVEAWAY" - COMPETITION RULES

1. This Promotional Competition is organised by Peninsula Beverages Company (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”) franchise bottler of The Coca-Cola Company© in the Western Cape.
2. The Promotional Competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years in possession of a valid South African Identity Document, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoters and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant of or person indirectly or directly in control of or controlled by the Promoters, their advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, suppliers and Bottlers of beverages identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to The Coca-Cola Company or Monster Beverage Company, its affiliates and/or associated companies (“Disqualified Persons”).
3. By entering the Promotional Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoters, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoters reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotional Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters reasonably deems necessary.
4. The Promotional Competition commences on 2 January 2017 and ends on 28 February 2017, both days inclusive.
5. Participants stand a chance to win 1 (one) of 60 (sixty) R500 Sportscene Vouchers. Redeemable at any local Sportscene outlet.
6. To stand a chance of winning one of these Prizes, participants need to purchase any 250ml or 440ml PowerPlay (Original, Forge, Dare or Sugar Free) from a participating store, activated with promotional point of sale, in the Western and Northern Cape.
7. Participants need to dial *120*55667# and follow the instructions to enter the draw to stand a chance to win 1 (one) of these Prizes. Calls are charged at 20c per 20 seconds as per USSD entry. Free minutes do not apply. Winners will be notified immediately if they have been a successful winner.
8. The Prizes are not transferrable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item. The Promoters are not liable for any defect in the Prize. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute Prizes with any other prize of comparable commercial value. The vouchers are redeemable once and winners forfeit the remaining value if the items purchased are less than the voucher value.

• This voucher can only be used once per customer. It is only valid for single redemption.
• A customer can redeem more than 1 voucher, but only 1 voucher per transaction.
• Customers need to buy for a minimum amount to use the voucher. For example: if a customer receives a R250 voucher, the customer needs to buy an item that is at least R250.
• The value of this voucher is the minimum spend allowed
• Vouchers are redeemable on Sportscene’s products only, on website (www.sportscene.co.za) only.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cellular and navigation items do not qualify.
• Competition vouchers are valid until 30 June 2017.
• A R50 delivery fee applies to any order below the value of R500

9. In the event that any prizes are not claimed by the due date, the prize will be forfeited. Winning vouchers are valid for a period of 6 (six) months only.
10. Participants may enter this Promotional Competition no more than 5 times provided they purchase the Participating Product and follow the entry mechanics set out in paragraph 6 and 7 above each time and retain their till slip as proof. However, participants are only eligible for 1 (one) Prize under this Promotional Competition and only 1 (one) winner per household is entitled to win a Prize.
11. The winners will be notified immediately after entry at random.
12. Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors or are from Disqualified Persons will be declared invalid.
13. If the Promoters are unable to reach any person or complete the verification process after drawing his/her entry for whatsoever reason, such person will be disqualified and the draw of a replacement entry shall take place in the same manner as the first draw.
14. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of these competition rules, the Promoters’ decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
15. All participants and the winner, as the case may be, indemnify The Coca-Cola Company©, the Promoters, their advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers and Bottlers of beverages identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to The Coca-Cola Company or, its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this promotional competition (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of gross negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoters) and/or use of the Prizes.
16. The Promoters may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement and indemnification to enable the Promoters to ensure compliance with these rules and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Should the winner refuse or be unable to comply with this rule for any reason, such winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert back to the Promoters.
17. The Promoters may require the winner to be identified, photographed and published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television, when accepting their Prize and/or after having received their Prize. The winner will be given the opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoters’ marketing material in so far as it relates to the promotional competition.
18. All advertisements depicting the prizes and prize descriptions are illustrative rather than definitive.
19. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions made by the Promoter and its prize sponsors for the Promotion.
